After Toyota unveiled four different body styles for the new-era 2023 Crown, automotive designer Throttle has used the Crown Sport Concept as the basis for the next-generation Toyota Camry. The results are certainly quite astonishing.

2025 The next-generation Toyota Camry is expected to launch in the coming years, perhaps as a 2024 or 2025 model. Very little is known about this car, including what it will look like, but if it looks like this, you definitely won’t hear our complaints.

While the Toyota Crown Sport Concept takes the form of a crossover sedan, Throttle has tweaked its proportions and design to fit the current Camry body.

  • High fuel economy of a four-cylinder engine
  • Lots of cabins and cargo space
  • Easy steering and unobstructed visibility make it easy to drive
  • A complete package of driver safety aids comes with standard

The 2025 Toyota Camry looks at the end with the ninth generation in the photo being the striking front end with lobster-claw LED headlights. It also features the same aggressive black grille as the Crown Sport Concept and will certainly make a serious impression on the road if it looks like this. The presence of gloss black alloy wheels adds to the overall look of the car and stands out.

The rear of the Camry has also been overhauled with parts from the Crown Sport Concept, including the LED taillights and light bar. The overall shape of the decklid is similar to the current model, though that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

It is understood that the next generation Camry will retain the same GA-K architecture as the current model. Some reports suggest that Toyota could stretch the wheelbase of the car to increase cabin space.

Standard safety technology abounds, and fuel-efficient hybrid models still offer the V-6 on the TRD.
The ordinary basic four-cylinder engine, fragile material quality on the base model, and driving pleasure is not the main thing.
In a world filled with SUVs, the Camry continues to offer an old-school alternative to midsize family sedans that are competent, comfortable, reliable, economical, and simple.

2025 Toyota Camry GR

2025 Toyota Camry GR if presented with an average car design becomes more aggressive and to further improve efficiency, Toyota can lower the current Camary’s top engine, namely the 3.5LN/A V6 which produces 300 hp.

However, the all-out GR Camry can be powered by a 3.5L supercharged V6 made by the Japanese company, which will surely catch the eye of many Type GR enthusiasts out there.

The 2025 Toyota Camry powertrain also gives the feel of ditching the naturally-aspirated 3.5-liter V6 available in today’s cars and replacing it with a new 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that produces around 265 hp (198 kW) and 310 hp. lb-ft (420 Nm) of torque.

2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid

Note that the company also makes a hybridized motor version, which sends power to all four wheels. And, given Toyota’s dedication to gas-fired power generation, you can also expect a plug-in hybrid Camry.

Added with a digital instrument cluster and a smartphone-based remote key.

The Camry is a large sedan, and there’s plenty of cargo space and interior storage in its trunk and cabin with the rear seats folded. It’s not the best in every storage category, but overall, it’s competitive. New Toyota Camry Engine

Previously a Toyota Camry with a standard four-cylinder engine was paired with a smooth eight-speed automatic, but acceleration figures were disappointing. The underpowered version of that engine runs on a battery and two electric motors to power the Camry hybrid, which is no more exciting to drive than the base powertrain.

The real gem of this lineup is the soft 301-hp V-6 available on the XLE and XSE models as well as the TRD variant. We’re also happy to say that we no longer hate driving Camrys. It has a controlled ride and a very responsive handling.

The steering wheel is comfortable in weight and feels solid when cornering and light when maneuvering in the parking lot. We found the Camry’s brake pedal response not too soft, even in the hybrid, where it had to combine friction with regenerative braking.

In the 2025 engine section of this latest generation Toyota Camry we expect a new 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, producing around 198kW of power and 420Nm of torque which is upgraded more recently than before.

2025 Toyota Camry MPG

The entire Camry lineup performed very well in EPA testing, and the four-cylinder model performed brilliantly in our real-world road tests. The most efficient nonhybrid Camry models are the LE and SE with four-cylinder engines, which earn EPA estimates of 28 mpg city and 39 mpg highway; the base LE hybrid scores 51 mpg city and 53 mpg highway ratings.

2025 Toyota Camry

The hybrid top trim sacrifices some efficiency at the altar of luxury, however, and the V-6-powered model gets a city rating of 22 mpg and a highway rating of up to 33 mpg. The four-cylinder Camry SE delivered 45 mpg in our road test, beating its own EPA rating of 6 mpg—and making it the most economical non-hybrid we’ve tested.

It even beat the Camry XLE hybrid we tested by 1 mpg. For more information on Camry fuel economy, visit the EPA website.
