Inside, the new generation Sienna gets a sharp cabin with a clean dashboard, a large top dashboard touchscreen, a floating center console with beefy gearshifts and storage underneath, a two-tone color scheme available, plenty of storage boxes, and more. We expect this new design to remain the same at the 2022 Sienna.
Technology isn’t lacking in the new Sienna either, as the current model comes standard with a 9-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and more. Optionally, buyers can add four-zone climate control, a 1,500-watt AC power system, rear-seat entertainment with an 11.6-inch display, and more. We anticipate this will all remain the same when the 2022 Sienna enters showrooms.
2022 Sienna Hybrid
Powering the all-new Toyota Sienna is a hybrid powertrain that combines a 189-horsepower 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a 180-hp electric motor for a net 245 hp. This power is sent to all the front wheels as standard, but there is an optional all-wheel drive. We hope it stays the same at Sienna 2022.
IIHS has not tested the safety of the new Sienna. However, it is well equipped to keep all passengers safe with standard automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, active lane control, and automatic high beam. 2022 Toyota Sienna Prime

Toyota Sienna 2022 Release Date: When Will 2022 Toyota Sienna Be Available
There is no official sales date for the 2022 Toyota Sienna, but we expect it to arrive in the fall of 2021 based on Toyota’s fleet ordering guide. Toyota won’t reveal pricing until near the fall release date, and won’t specify where it will slot in the Sienna lineup.

Pricing for the 2022 Toyota Sienna is also still unclear, but without the upcoming changes, we expect it to stay close to the current model’s $36,635-$51,635 MSRP (including destination costs). The XSE that comes with the Plus Plan costs around $45,000, while the Limited costs under $50,000. We expect the 2022 Toyota Sienna Woodland Special Edition to be placed in that range.

If we look up to now we take a look at the sporty XSE model, which comes with 20-inch wheels, more aggressive front, and rear bumpers, and a sporty front seat. The XSE also comes standard with in-dash navigation and a second-row captain’s seat.
The XSE, like all Sienna trims, comes standard with front-wheel drive but adding all-wheel drive costs just $ 760, which seems like a decent upgrade to us.
